Equipped or webinar attendance in the past 12 months.
Years of relationship with CCCC.
Posts, comments, or likes in the past 12 months.
Number of Knowledge Base visits or logins in the past 12 months.
Cases attached to the organization in the past 12 months.
Open rate percentage for the past 12 months.
Product purchases, CTF distributions, LDF contributions, and similar transactions.

How this should be used
These values are intended for the statistical analysis work the team described. Once you have a full renewal history, the raw values can be tested against renewal outcomes to determine which signals matter most and what thresholds, if any, should be used.
Analysis-ready CSV row
Named program weighting
Use this only after reviewing renewal outcomes. A named-program weight strengthens the program-depth signal when that program appears in an organization’s imported program list.

Decision review criteria
Create transparent rules that suggest a next step from the available scores. Rules are evaluated from top to bottom, and staff can always override the suggestion in Decision Review.
