Start with the raw values below. These are more useful for statistical testing than yes/no thresholds, and they can be weighted later based on which signals best predict renewal.

How this should be used

These values are intended for the statistical analysis work the team described. Once you have a full renewal history, the raw values can be tested against renewal outcomes to determine which signals matter most and what thresholds, if any, should be used.

Named program weighting

Use this only after reviewing renewal outcomes. A named-program weight strengthens the program-depth signal when that program appears in an organization’s imported program list.

Create transparent rules that suggest a next step from the available scores. Rules are evaluated from top to bottom, and staff can always override the suggestion in Decision Review.
